Guy Caruso
Guy Caruso is the Western coordinator for the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University. He has worked in the field of disabilities for more than 45 years and has served on many boards, disability and non-disability related.

Kathy Miller
As director of community services for the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University, Kathy Miller directs Leadership & Career Studies, Temple University's inclusive postsecondary educational program for young adults with intellectual disabilities. Kathy is also responsible for overseeing the Institute's leadership development training programs and has worked in the field for more than 35 years.

Disability is “natural,” has been part of the human experience since the beginning of time, and continues to be a natural part of the human condition, as referred to in the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000 (PL 106-402).
