Kevin Walker
Kevin Walker is president and CEO of the Northwest Area Foundation, which seeks to reduce poverty and build sustainable prosperity in a region that stretches from Minnesota to the Pacific Northwest, including the 75 Native nations that share that geography. A graduate of Harvard University and the University of Michigan, Kevin is board chair of Philanthropy Northwest and a past chair of the Minnesota Council on Foundations. Prior to joining the Northwest Area Foundation in 2008, Kevin spent 13 years with the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, including nine as director of Mott’s national anti-poverty program. He lives in St. Paul, Minnesota. Kevin also serves on the BoardSource board of directors.
